Signature Services
Complimentary Discovery Call
Step 1
Schedule a complimentary 20-minute call to discuss your concerns, ask questions and determine whether Parent Pathway Consulting (PPC) is the right fit for your family.
Step 2
Submission of Intake Form & Documentation
Eligible clients will be sent an intake form to outline concerns, medical history and to submit appropriate documents required for PPC review. This may include reports from medical, psychological and/or educational evaluations. Clients will also be sent a service agreement, medical release form and disclaimer form to be completed before the initial consultation.
Step 3
Comprehensive Record Review
Before we meet, our multidisciplinary team will carefully review your child’s records and intake information to gain a thorough understanding of your family’s unique needs.
Step 4
Initial Consultation
Meet virtually with our multidisciplinary team for an in-depth discussion about your child’s history, current concerns, strengths and goals. Together, we will begin developing a personalized plan and recommendations tailored to your family.
Step 5
Collaborative Team Review
Following your consultation, our team will meet to develop thoughtful, individualized recommendations and prepare a comprehensive written report tailored to your child’s needs.
Step 6
Recommendations Meeting
We will meet with you to review our findings, explain our recommendations, answer your questions and discuss next steps. You will also receive a written report summarizing our recommendations and resources..
Additional Services
Comprehensive Consultation
Do you need guidance without completing our Signature Services process? We also offer comprehensive multidisciplinary consultations on an hourly basis, tailored to your family’s specific questions and goals..
Follow-Up Meeting
After completion of our Signature Service Consultation, follow- up meetings can be scheduled. As your child’s needs evolve, we can review progress, refine recommendation and provide continued guidance.
Focused Consultation Services
Educational Only Consultation
Meet one-on-one with an educational specialist to gain expert guidance before important school conversations. We help families understand evaluations, educational recommendations, accommodations, and special education processes while preparing for IEP and 504 meetings, eligibility discussions, and other school conferences. Our goal is to ensure you feel informed, organized, and confident as you partner with your child’s school.
Attendance for School Meeting
When appropriate, our team can attend IEP, 504 and other school meetings to provide educational expertise, collaborate with school teams and advocate for recommendations that support your child’s success.
