Payment
Payment is due at the time of service outlined in timeline above, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. All fee structures and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
✧Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
✧Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be charged at the hourly rate.
✧Consultant may reschedule appointments due to illness or unforeseen circumstances with reasonable notice.
